Stanco Engineering provides design direction to its customers when developing new products. Collaboration between the customer, internal stamping experts and tool shop partners promote the lowest possible piece cost while meeting print requirements. Efficient part nesting and proper die station lineup are critical to tooling process success.

Stanco offers a wide range of assembly operations from in-die fasteners to large finished assemblies. Let us take care of these operations and lower your overall cost.

Stanco designs and quotes packaging based on customer needs. Our packaging is designed to protect the product being moved while being cost-conscious. When feasible, we try to use environmentally friendly returnable containers.

Stanco Metal has a world-class Powdercoating line in New Mexico, but relies on outside local suppliers for e-coat, plating, and other types of post finish.

In addition to welding, Stanco Metal offers various riveting operations for functional use or to securing an assembly together.

Stanco offers internal vibratory deburring when parts need smooth edges and no burrs allowed.
